      CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Please alert Short and Sweet Weddings as soon as possible if you need to cancel, postpone or make changes to your wedding day plan. We need your help to keep our calendar up-to-date.

    • 25% deposit is non-refundable, please be sure you are ready to secure your Officiant before paying.

    • Cancellations within 30 days of wedding: All fees are forfeited. This includes REHEARSAL SERVICES

    • Postponements: One postponement is granted without reschedule fee IF notice for new date occurs within 30 days of postponement notice -AND - new date must occur within 1 year of original wedding date. Postponement date greater than 1 year of original wedding date is granted with $50 reschedule fee; new date must be shared within 30 days of postponement notification. Failure to alert Short and Sweet Weddings with new wedding date within 30 days results in forfeiture of ALL FEES PAID. Specific Officiant reservation is contingent upon availability.

    • ALL requests for a second postponement will be treated as a cancellation, 100% of all prepaid fees are forfeited. A new booking form and 25% minimum deposit is required to secure Officiating services for a new wedding date.

    • Any refund will be made via check within 10 days of cancellation notice. Please provide physical mailing address.

    • If your venue is closed to ALL gatherings by Government mandate, your Officiant services are transferrable to a new date within 1 year of your original wedding date with no reschedule fees.

    VIRTUAL WEDDINGS: If you opt to cancel or postpone your formal wedding day plans, the Officiant is still available to marry you on your original date via a modified reservation; ask us about virtual ceremonies/appointments!

    PLEASE READ: This Booking Form constitutes the initiation of a contract between you and Short and Sweet Weddings. You have provided information that will be used to secure officiating services. Your payment, followed by an email confirmation from Short and Sweet Weddings, are legally binding and enforceable. Any deviation from the details in this Booking Form must be provided in writing (email) to Short and Sweet Weddings, info@shortandsweetweddings.com. SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM IS INDICATION YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH THEREIN.

    Both the form & the payment are required to secure your wedding on our calendar.
    As of JULY 1, 2016 all payments to Short and Sweet Weddings require an invoice.

    NOTE: 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. This is non-refundable so make sure your plans are set! If you cancel within 30 days of the wedding, your entire fee is non-refundable.

    WHERE DO I FIND MY INVOICE:
    Your invoice will be emailed to you once your BOOKING FORM is received (within 24 hours).

    CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT IF I DON’T HAVE AN INVOICE?
    Full payment is DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING, however you can make payments anytime.

    • Write an email to info@shortandsweetweddings.com or call 512-704-4678 requesting an email link to your invoice
    • Call the Short and Sweet Weddings office to make payment via phone 512-704-4678, you’ll receive an email receipt upon payment approval
    • Wait for your “Payment Due” notice a week before the due date (technically that will be 17 days before the wedding). It will have a link to your invoice

    DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT?
    Short and Sweet Weddings will accept cash – please call our main office to coordinate payment drop off. 512-704-4678

    All checks must be received at the Short and Sweet Weddings office minimum of 21 days before the wedding. Mail checks to: Short and Sweet Weddings, 1000 Heritage Center Circle, Unit #217, Round Rock, TX 78664.

    Short and Sweet Weddings processes all online payments using Authorize.net as our online merchant provider. If you believe a charge has been falsely made to your credit card, please contact Short and Sweet Weddings to obtain the authorization number made by using our invoice site.
